SCHOLARSHIP PATHWAY PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before you fully register for the program. 

Payment and Installment:

Please frequently check our website for the most updated payment information. This payment is also available in installments, with 50% of the price made prior to the first session, and the remaining 50% is payable within the first three months.

Cancellation, Changes and Refund Policy:

The participants of the Scholarship Pathway program must advise our team that they are withdrawing from the program enrolment. If the student has applied for the program and has received some consultation sessions, the payment must be paid out in full regardless of whether they are withdrawing from their program before all the consultation sessions provided by us have been taken. 

Tibra Overseas Edu will offer a refund to the participant under the following circumstances:

• Where Tibra Overseas Edu cancels the program in which the applicant has applied or where the commencement of the program is postponed.
• The participant has not started anything but has paid out the program.

Changes related to scholarship options, Scholarship Pathway package, study level, and etc are possible within the first month after the onboarding session.

In-Class Learning

1. The session will be entirely conducted online via Zoom.
2. You will receive a lifetime personal consultation session with a maximum of an hour/meeting.
3. During the session, you have to activate your webcam. Having your camera on during the session will intensify the discussion.
4. We are not responsible for your internet problems during the session. However, you can request a make-up session if the problem is ours.

 Specific condition – Elite

1. All bonuses included in the package (student profiling, scholarship application, document preparation, workshop, one-on-one interview simulation, essay proofreading, awardee scholarship sharing session, and practical tips and tricks) are not exchangeable nor transferable.
2. The maximum number of scholarships applied is one scholarship out of four options (LPDP/AAS/Chevening/Erasmus+).
3. Level five booking priority means that all the schedules provided are delivered according to this order: (1) Platinum and Exclusive Warranty, (2) Real Hunter, (3) Hunter, (4) Exclusive Elite, and (5) Elite.

 Specific condition – Exclusive Elite

1. All bonuses included in the package (student profiling, scholarship application, document preparation, workshop, one-on-one interview simulation, essay proofreading, awardee scholarship sharing session, and practical tips and tricks) are not exchangeable nor transferable.
2. The maximum number of scholarships applied is one and not limited to any scholarship. However, the package is only applicable for only one scholarship opening.
3. Level four booking priority means that all the schedules provided are delivered according to this order: (1) Platinum and Exclusive Warranty, (2) Real Hunter, (3) Hunter, and (4) Exclusive Elite.

Specific condition – Hunter

1. All bonuses included in the package (20-hour IELTS preparation class, admission service, student profiling, scholarship application, document preparation, workshop, one-on-one interview simulation, essay proofreading, awardee scholarship sharing session, and practical tips and tricks) are not exchangeable nor transferable.
2. The participant can freely choose one of our IELTS Preparation courses (IELTS All in One, IELTS Writing, IELTS Speaking), except for IELTS Speaking with Native.
3. The maximum number of scholarships applied is two scholarships out of four options (LPDP/AAS/Chevening/Erasmus+).
4. University Admission service is limited to 1 university partner.
5. Level three booking priority means that all the schedules provided are delivered according to this order: (1) Platinum and Exclusive Warranty, (2) Real Hunter, and (3) Hunter.

Specific condition – Real Hunter

1. All bonuses included in the package (20-hour IELTS preparation class, admission service, student profiling, scholarship application, document preparation, workshop, one-on-one interview simulation, essay proofreading, awardee scholarship sharing session, and practical tips and tricks) are not exchangeable nor transferable.
2. The maximum number of scholarships applied is three scholarships out of four options (LPDP/AAS/Chevening/Erasmus+).
3. The participant can freely choose one of our IELTS Preparation courses (IELTS All in One, IELTS Writing, IELTS Speaking), except for IELTS Speaking with Native.
4. University Admission service is limited to two university partners.
5. Level two booking priority means that all the schedules provided are delivered according to this order: (1) Platinum and Exclusive Warranty, and (2) Real Hunter.

Specific condition – Exclusive Warranty

1. All bonuses included in the package (40-hour IELTS preparation class, admission service, student profiling, scholarship application, document preparation, workshop, one-on-one interview simulation, essay proofreading, awardee scholarship sharing session, and practical tips and tricks) are not exchangeable nor transferable.
2. The participant can freely choose two of our IELTS Preparation courses (IELTS All in One, IELTS Writing, IELTS Speaking), except for IELTS Speaking with Native.
3. University Admission service is limited to one university non-partner and three university partners.
4. The maximum number of scholarships applied is two scholarships out of four options (LPDP/AAS/Chevening/Erasmus+).
5. Level one booking priority means that all the schedules provided are delivered to Platinum and Exclusive Warranty students first.
6. A less than two-year warranty is a 100% cashback warranty under these conditions:

• The participant has applied to all two scholarships under our supervision, but none has been admitted.
• The attendance rate of each scheduled session is more than 90%.
• No MIA more than three weeks in a row.

7. If the conditions above are not met, the participant is not inbound with time to use our mentoring service until they get one of the scholarships applied.

Specific condition – Platinum Warranty

1. All bonuses included in the package (40-hour IELTS preparation class, admission service, student profiling, scholarship application, document preparation, workshop, one-on-one interview simulation, essay proofreading, awardee scholarship sharing session, and practical tips and tricks) are not exchangeable nor transferable.
2. The participant can freely choose two of our IELTS Preparation courses (IELTS All in One, IELTS Writing, IELTS Speaking), except for IELTS Speaking with Native.
3. University Admission service is limited to two university non-partners and five university partners.
4. The maximum number of scholarships applied is three and not limited to any scholarship.
5. Level one booking priority means that all the schedules provided are delivered to Platinum and Exclusive Warranty students first.
6. A less than two-year warranty is a 100% cashback warranty under these conditions:

• The participant has applied to all two scholarships under our supervision, but none has been admitted.
• The attendance rate of each scheduled session is more than 90%.
• No MIA more than three weeks in a row.

7. If the conditions above are not met, the participant is not inbound with time to use our mentoring service until they get one of the scholarships applied.
